During our handphone water damage diagnostic service our trained technicians will open up the handphone, clean all the components affect by the liquid damage and fully sterilize the hardware.
Please bear in mind this is not a repair but a diagnostic service. Once our skilled technicians have cleaned and sterilized your handphone, we will contact you regarding the faults.

After cleaning and repairing the faults found during the diagnostic, we have no control over what the liquid may damage in future circumstances, therefore, this service is not covered under warranty by any means. This handphone water damage diagnostic service can take up to 3 to 7 working days to complete.
